With 10 years of experience within the community and behavioral health sector, Shareka has been privy to the on-going regulation changes. As an agency consultant, Shareka can support with mandatory agency trainings and staff development to include documentation support, business competency, and more.
Outpatient Start Up
Starting an outpatient practice can be overwhelming, but organization is key. Shareka successfully founded her outpatient practice 5 years ago and can assist you as well. Allow her to support you develop the organization that is needed and assist you in completing necessary steps. Additionally, you will be supported in understanding the business versus the service.
